Our Plastic Water Tank for Concrete Cutter is manufactured using one-piece rotational molding with high-density polyethylene (PE). Unlike welded or injected plastics, rotomolding produces a seamless, joint-free body with uniform wall thickness and reinforced corners. This prevents structural cracking and fluid leakage under the intense vibration, impact, and stress of concrete cutting equipment.
The PE material is formulated with advanced UV stabilizers and anti-aging additives. It is highly resistant to sunlight degradation, temperature fluctuations, impacts, and concrete slurry, ensuring it will not warp, discolor, or become brittle over extended outdoor use.
Beyond its 100% seamless body, threaded brass inserts and connection ports can be directly integrated into the tank wall during the heating phase of the rotomolding process. This creates a permanent, vibration-proof seal around all plumbing fittings, preventing leaks even during high-rpm equipment operation.
