Features

Cone Bottom Pickling Tank

The tank is built with a funnel-shaped bottom, which achieves complete drainage of liquid and residue inside the vessel. It solves the pain points of conventional designs: insufficient bottom pickling, slow acid and water discharge, and low pickling efficiency.

The thickened bottom is fitted with reinforcing ribs, which not only improves load capacity but also provides reliable anti-slip performance.

What is a conical rotomolded water tank?

A conical rotomolded water tank is a one-piece plastic tank manufactured by rotational molding. It features a cone-shaped bottom that allows liquids and sediment to collect at the lowest point for full drainage. It is widely used for water treatment, chemical storage, aquaculture, hydroponics, and liquid fertilizer storage.

What material is used for the tank?

We use food-grade LLDPE/PE with UV stabilizers and corrosion resistance. The tank is rotationally molded as a seamless one-piece body for strong impact resistance and long service life.

Does a cone bottom tank need a steel stand?

Yes, most conical bottom tanks are installed on a steel support stand. The stand provides stability and enough clearance for the bottom outlet and drainage pipe. Carbon steel with coating or stainless steel is available.

How does full drainage work?

The cone bottom directs liquid and sediment to the lowest discharge point. This reduces residual liquid and makes cleaning easier than a flat-bottom tank.
